Welcome to UmmahMall™ (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). UmmahMall LLC operates a multi-vendor online marketplace connecting consumers with independent sellers offering halal and ethically aligned products and services.
By accessing or using www.ummahmall.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Marketplace Role
UmmahMall operates solely as a marketplace platform.
We do not manufacture, own, inspect, warehouse, or directly sell third-party vendor products unless explicitly stated.
All products and services listed by vendors are the sole responsibility of the vendor offering them.
2. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for:
- Product descriptions and accuracy
- Pricing
- Halal claims and certifications
- Shipping and fulfillment
- Returns and refunds
- Customer service
- Compliance with applicable laws
UmmahMall LLC is not responsible for vendor misrepresentation or misconduct.
3. No Religious Guarantee
While UmmahMall promotes halal-aligned products, we do not issue religious rulings and do not guarantee certification authenticity.
Customers are responsible for reviewing vendor disclosures and certifications prior to purchase.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
UmmahMall may collect service fees, commissions, or transaction fees from vendors.
We do not store full payment card information on our servers.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UmmahMall LLC shall not be liable for:
- Vendor misconduct
- Product defects
- Religious compliance disputes
- Shipping delays
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Engage in fraud
- Provide misleading information
- Abuse dispute systems
- Violate ethical or legal standards
7. Intellectual Property
All platform branding, logos, trademarks, and content are property of UmmahMall LLC unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from the use of this Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law.
Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against UmmahMall LLC.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which UmmahMall LLC is registered.
10. Marketplace Standards
All vendors must comply with UmmahMall’s marketplace standards. Products listed on the Platform must align with halal and ethical guidelines. UmmahMall reserves the right to remove any listing or vendor account that violates marketplace policies, including but not limited to prohibited products, deceptive practices, or ethical violations.
