UmmahMall LLC operates as a multi-vendor marketplace platform. Individual vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders and managing returns in accordance with their stated policies.

By placing an order through www.ummahmall.com (the “Platform”), you agree to the terms below.

1. Marketplace Structure

UmmahMall does not manufacture, warehouse, or directly ship third-party vendor products unless explicitly stated.

Each vendor sets their own return and refund eligibility terms, which will be displayed on the product page or within the vendor’s store policies.

2. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Product accuracy
  • Order fulfillment
  • Shipping
  • Return processing
  • Refund issuance

Refund timelines may vary depending on the vendor and payment method.

3. Refund Process

If you wish to request a refund:

  1. Contact the vendor directly through the Platform within the timeframe specified in their policy.
  2. Provide order details and reason for return.
  3. Follow vendor instructions for return shipment if required.

If the vendor approves the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with the vendor, customers may contact:

UmmahMall may review the transaction and facilitate resolution where appropriate. However, final responsibility for product fulfillment remains with the vendor.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise stated by the vendor, the following may be non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products
  • Final sale items

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through the vendor or UmmahMall may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Investigation of fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to provide transaction records and communications to payment processors for dispute resolution.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds typically process within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
